Welcome to Tailored, your personal AI-powered wardrobe and styling assistant. By downloading or using Tailored (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Overview

Tailored ("we", "our", "us") provides users with AI-based wardrobe insights, outfit recommendations, and related styling tools. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tailored. Tailored is not intended for children under 13.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide (e.g. wardrobe uploads, preferences) is accurate and lawful.

3. Account and Access

You must create an account to access most features of the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or compromise security.

Withdrawing Consent: If you withdraw consent for AI processing, Tailored will be unable to provide features requiring wardrobe photo analysis. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account or contacting support at contact@tailored-to-you.com.

All associated data will be deleted upon account deletion which can be triggered in app settings or by contacting support at contact@tailored-to-you.com. Deletion of your personal data will be completed within 30 days, including all uploaded and generated data and media.

4. Use of the App

Tailored is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Outfit and shopping recommendations are generated for inspiration and convenience; Tailored is not responsible for the accuracy, price, or availability of external products.

AI Processing is required to provide core features such as wardrobe analysis, outfit visualisation, and item evaluation. Tailored may process some of your uploaded photos, text, or generation requests using one or more third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI or Google Gemini). By using these features, you agree to such processing. You can withdraw consent at any time as per our Privacy Policy.

These AI providers do not store your data beyond what is necessary for processing, and all rights in the outputs are assigned to Tailored under our agreement with the provider.

The App may send push notifications for service updates and to help you re-engage with features you've used before. You can manage or disable these at any time in your device settings or the App's notification preferences.

5. Subscriptions, Tailored Sessions, and Payments

Some features require an auto-renewing subscription or one-time in-app purchases. These transactions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Tailored uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and in-app purchase entitlements, and Tailored does not receive your full payment card details from those store transactions.

Subscriptions

• Tailored offers Tailored Premium Monthly and Tailored Premium Annual subscriptions for subscription features described in the app at the time of purchase.
• Tailored Premium Monthly renews automatically each month unless cancelled according to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.
• Tailored Premium Annual renews automatically each year unless cancelled according to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.
• Eligible new Tailored Premium Annual subscribers may receive a 7-day introductory free trial. If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, the annual subscription will automatically begin at the price shown in the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flow.
• Introductory trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and may not be available to every user.
• Subscription prices may vary by country, currency, platform, and promotional terms. The authoritative price is the price shown to you in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flow at the time of purchase or renewal.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings, as applicable. If you cancel, you generally retain access until the end of the current billing period, subject to the relevant store's terms.

Consumable Purchases (Tailored Sessions)

Tailored offers optional one-time consumable in-app purchases called Tailored Sessions (previously referred to as Style Credits), which can be used to unlock eligible premium AI-powered actions without requiring a subscription.

• Tailored currently offers Tailored Sessions as a one-time consumable purchase providing 10 Tailored Sessions.
• Tailored Sessions are not a subscription. They are consumed when used for eligible premium AI-powered actions described in the app, such as personalised outfit generation, Fit Check, and Decide on Buy.
• If you previously purchased Style Credits, those balances will continue to be honoured and may be presented in the updated app as Tailored Sessions.
• Refunds for unused or consumed Tailored Sessions, if any, are governed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms and any mandatory local law.

Free Access and Allowances

Tailored may provide limited complimentary usage, complimentary Tailored Sessions, or limited AI-assisted wardrobe setup. Any such free access is subject to the usage limits, eligibility criteria, and other terms disclosed in the app at the time. Dismissing a paywall does not itself create any right to additional free allowances.

General

• All purchases are governed by the payment terms, billing rules, and refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.
• Tailored does not issue direct store refunds; any refunds are handled through Apple or Google, except where otherwise required by law.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the images and data you upload.

By uploading, you grant Tailored a limited licence to process your content solely to provide styling and recommendation services.

Images generated by the App (including but not limited to outfit visualisations and styling previews, product analysis, item visualisations and any other media or content generated by App to enable App functionality) are owned by Tailored.

Tailored grants users a personal, non-exclusive licence to view and use these images within the App for non-commercial purposes.

AI-generated styling outputs and recommendations are for personal use only and may not be resold.

Tailored OOD uses OpenAI's and Google Gemini's or other APIs which assign all rights to outputs and generated content to the API customer. Tailored OOD is the contractual API customer and therefore holds full ownership rights over all AI-generated content within the Tailored application.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, name, logo, algorithms, design, and related materials belong to Tailored Ltd EOOD.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App without written consent.

All AI-generated images, evaluations, recommendations, and related outputs created through the App are owned by Tailored. This includes media generated via any AI model used via the API service by Tailored (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI, or others).

Tailored grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to view and use these outputs within the App for non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of any kind.

Tailored is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations or linked products will meet your expectations.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may display or link to third-party websites or products for illustrative shopping purposes.

These links are provided for convenience only. Tailored does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of external sites.

Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites they visit.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us at contact@tailored-to-you.com. When you delete your account, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tailored if we reasonably believe that:

• you have breached these Terms,
• you are misusing or attempting to misuse the service,
• you are engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour, or
• continued access would violate applicable laws or regulations.

Where appropriate, we will give you notice before taking action and an opportunity to correct the issue, unless doing so would expose Tailored or other users to risk.

11. User Responsibilities

When using Tailored, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• Only upload photos and content that you have the right to use.
• Not upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the App, its backend systems, or other users.
• Not attempt to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with subscription features, Tailored Sessions, or in-app purchases.
• Use Tailored only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using the App.

We may suspend access to the App if we reasonably believe these responsibilities are being violated, as described in the Termination section.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria (EU), excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Your local mandatory consumer protection rights are not affected.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as we improve our offering.

If significant changes occur, we will notify users via in-app message or email.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
